Building Quality Custom Saddles and Tack Since 1996

Each year Colorado State University has a colt training competition that is the culmination of two semesters of in class horse training completed by about thirty students. Each student is assigned and trains a colt or filly which is then sold as part of the Legends of Ranching Performance Horse Sale. Iddings Makers is a co-sponsor and Saddle Maker for the trophy saddle awarded to the student who trains the best performing horse. Below are the last three saddles, the 2009 edition is now finished and on display at the Equine Center. Good luck to the students, see you all in April.
